Obituary

Joseph A. Clay of Belleville, N.J. passed away on Friday December 16, 2022  at the age of 47. Joe was born in Peurto Rico and had lived in Belleville for the past 45 years. 

Joe was a process server in the Essex County area. Previously he was a automobile sales associate, taxi cab driver, and delivered food for various food service companies. 

Joe was an avid Miami Dolphins fan. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter and various friends. Joe was described by his friends as a loving and caring individual.

Surviving to cherish Joe's memory is his adorable daughter Elizabeth Summer Clay; loving parents Robert Clay and Linda (nee Florentine) Clay; dear siblings Dareena Clay and Eric Clay. He is also survived my numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather on Thursday December 22, 2022 from 6:00 o'clock till 8:00 o'clock at the Irvine-Cozzarelli Memorial Home, 276 Washington Avenue, Belleville, N.J. (973-759-1114)        

Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation in Joseph Clay's memory to a charity of your choice.
