Jose Antonio Roca, Jr.

Jose Antonio Roca, Jr. age 48, of Belleville, N.J. and Kissimmee, Florida passed away suddenly on Monday February 27, 2022 at his home in Kissimmee, Florida. He is survived by his daughters, Dominique Warren and Amaya Roca; parents Rosa Lopez & Jose A. Roca, Sr.; his siblings Louis Crespo, Cesar Roca, Josephine Berkel, and Ivelise Torres.

Jose was a man of true faith. He loved life, but most of all, the family was his true treasure. Jose lived trying to make people valued, comforted, and essential. There wasn't a person he met where he didn't leave an impact. Jose would give you the shirt off his back, a trait learned from his parents. He was an avid lover of art and music and often wrote his own piece and poems to express himself. He moved to Florida to pursue his career as a commercial painter for some of Florida's most famous hotels and mansions. Jose left us too early but gave us the greatest gift upon his departure of a more vital understanding of love, family, and faith. Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers.

Visitation will be held at the Irvine-Cozzarelli Memorial Home, 276 Washington Avenue, Belleville, N.J. on Sunday March 12th from 3:00 o'clock in the afternoon until 7:00 o'clock in the evening. (Parking assistance will be available). A prayer service will be held by Pastor Anibal Peña in the funeral home at 4:00 o'clock, during the afternoon visitation.

Funeral services will be held Monday March 13th in the morning in the funeral home at a time to be announced. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery, Linden, N.J.The complete obituary will follow.
